An instant-speed tutor for planeswalkers, which is a stranger design point than it first sounds. Tutoring at instant speed usually means finding an answer in response to something: an end-step fetch, a flash trick, an ambush. But planeswalkers cannot be cast at instant speed, so the two cards this pulls sit in your hand until your next main phase regardless. The instant timing does one honest thing: it lets you hold up mana on the opponent's turn, decline to spend it on anything else, and load your hand at the last possible moment before untapping. It is a card built for a deck stacked deep enough with planeswalkers that finding any two matters, and the "up to two" clause is doing quiet work, letting you thin a single specific target when that is all you need rather than forcing a double-fetch that empties the deck. The rate is the obvious tax: five mana that develops nothing on the board and buys no tempo, only two cards you still have to pay for next turn. That price is what confines it to a very particular kind of superfriends shell, where the ceiling of drawing exactly the right pair of walkers is worth spending a whole turn's worth of mana to get there. Outside that shell it does nothing you would want; inside it, it is the card that turns a pile of planeswalkers into something you can assemble on demand.
