Symmetry is the whole problem this design hands you to solve. The Howling Mine school of group-draw effects has always been about turning a generous gift into a one-sided advantage, and this one ties the trigger to combat: the card draws happen when you swing or stand in front of an attacker, which means the player controlling the body gets to decide when everyone refills. That control is real but limited. Drawing is mandatory on every attack and every block, so you cannot simply leave the Golem home as a deterrent without feeding your opponents along the way, and a 2/3 is too soft to be the centerpiece of a beatdown plan. The effect is built for a deck that already wants both players drawing (a wheel or storm shell, a punisher build pairing it with damage-on-draw, an artifact deck looking for any colorless engine), and that wants to meter the symmetry through attack steps rather than upkeeps. What separates it from the static group-draw enchantments is exactly that agency over timing: the Mine refills the table no matter what, while this asks you to put a creature into combat to pull the trigger, and lets you stop the moment the math turns against you.
