Heartless Conscription
Most one-sided steal effects take a single creature and leave your opponents' boards otherwise intact. This does the opposite and the same at once: it sweeps every creature in the game off the battlefield, then hands the exiled pile back to a single player. That exchange rate makes it a bomb rather than a wrath. You are the one who chose to cast it, so you are the one who gets to replay all of it, and the "mana of any type" clause dissolves the usual tax on casting cards of colors you don't run. A five-color army becomes deployable off whatever mana you happen to have. The design tension it resolves is the durability problem that haunts mass-reanimation and mass-theft: normally the borrowed creatures come back sick, the effect is temporary, or a second sweeper resets everything. Here the cards are exiled, not merely tapped or loaned, so they sit outside the reach of the next wrath and outside the reach of the graveyard recursion their controllers might have been counting on. The closing line, which exiles the sorcery itself, is the honesty cost: not a repeatable engine but a single detonation you pay eight mana to fire once. What returns is not just your own board but every threat the table had committed, converted into an unopposed turn where the deployment schedule is entirely yours.
