Gruul War Plow
The trample grant is the durable half of what this artifact offers, and the more interesting one for being immune to the removal that would erase a creature-based equivalent. Granting the keyword to a team that lacks it turns a board stall into a clock: every chump block leaks damage, every gang-block does the math you want, and a deck full of oversized threats suddenly ends games through walls it used to bounce off. Because the anthem lives on a noncreature permanent, it survives sweepers and combat tricks that would pick off a lord, which is the whole reason a single artifact is the right home for the effect. The Juggernaut mode is the showier wrinkle, and one to read carefully. Animating the plow exposes it to the creature removal an inert artifact would dodge, so spending that mana is a tempo gamble rather than a value play. The 4/4 it becomes does pick up trample from its own static ability (the grant reads "creatures you control," and the animated plow is one), so at least it swings as a trampler rather than a vanilla beater. The split is the design: idle mana buys an attacker, but the safe line leaves the plow parked and keeps the anthem running. The effect speaks to a color pair that has always wanted to push damage past blockers and rarely had a clean, repeatable way to do it from one permanent that removal cannot easily touch.
