The exclusion clause is the whole engine here. A body that hands every follower a permanent +1/+1 counter is not new; anthem effects and static counter-granting have existed for ages. What sharpens this one is the word "non-Human," which quietly converts a generic team-buff into a tribal thesis. It reads as a drawback, but in a color pair where the deck-builder controls exactly what walks onto the battlefield, the restriction costs almost nothing and becomes a filter you happily accept: fill the roster with Goblins, Beasts, Elementals, whatever, and the tax on Humans never comes due. The counters matter beyond raw size because they are counters, not a floating buff. They feed anything that cares about counters directly, from proliferate to counter-doubling to abilities that consume them, and that is the real design lever. Note the timing carefully: the counters arrive on entry, so a creature that leaves and returns (via recursion or reanimation) gets a fresh counter because it enters again, not because the old ones followed it. The original counters vanish with the creature when it changes zones. A +1/+1 boost is small; a repeatable source of counters stapled to every non-Human that hits the field is a resource generator wearing a lord's clothes. The 3/3 is honest enough that the card lives and dies on how many creatures follow it, and on how much of that counter accumulation you can turn into something other than combat math.
