Most anthems pump one side of the board and leave the opponent's where they found it. This one rewrites the entire vertical axis of combat instead, and it does it symmetrically: every flier on the table, yours or theirs, grows fatter and meaner, while every grounded creature loses its bite. That makes it a build-around rather than a goodstuff include, since it only favors you when your creatures live in the air and theirs do not. A skies-matter shell treats it as a force multiplier, turning evasive beaters into evasive bombs while opposing ground stalls deflate. The downside is exact: an opposing two-power flier collects the same boost your board does, and a grounded defensive blocker keeps its full toughness, so it still chump-blocks all day. That toughness detail is what holds the design together. Neither clause touches toughness in either direction, so the enchantment sways racing speed and combat math without changing who survives a damage-based sweeper; it bends initiative and reach, not survival. It rewards committing fully to a flying-creature deck and punishes the half-measure of splashing it into a board that still wants to win on the ground. That all-or-nothing demand is the entire point: an enchantment that conscripts one of Magic's most fundamental keywords into a tribal payoff, where flying stops being mere evasion and becomes the line dividing the relevant creatures from the irrelevant ones.
