Grappling Hook

Artifact — Equipment4 generic mana

The lure clause is the interesting half. Double strike on Equipment is a known quantity, a damage doubler that any beater wants, but the second ability turns the equipped creature into a guided missile: it forces a chosen blocker to step in front, then runs that blocker over twice with first-strike-plus-regular damage. The combination is a sanctioned assassination tool. Point it at the opponent's best creature, attack, and if the equipped body is big enough it kills the blocker through double strike, often with no removal spell spent and no trade made. The "if able" caveat is the honest restriction: a creature that cannot block (tapped, or with an evasion-style restriction) is off the table, so the trick wants a creature with no excuse to stay home. The price is steep on both ends, four to cast and four to equip, which keeps a one-card combat-and-removal package from being free. What it offers in return is a recurring engine rather than a single-use answer: as long as the equipped creature keeps connecting, every combat is both a swing and a chance at a forced kill, and the equipment survives the creature it rides. It is the rare Equipment that doubles as removal, and the lure half is what does the work the double strike only finishes.
