Gossip's Talent
The base level is the tell for what this Class actually wants to be: a repeatable surveil trigger keyed to creatures entering, which means it rewards a board that keeps refilling rather than one that goes wide once. That first tier does real work in a graveyard-facing shell before you have spent another mana on it. Where the design commits is the third level, which turns any connecting creature into a blink outlet. Exiling and returning an attacker mid-combat is not a combat trick; it is a way to re-trigger every enter-the-battlefield ability you control, once per creature per turn, on your own attack. The middle tier is the connective tissue: making a small attacker unblockable is precisely how you guarantee combat damage lands, which is what the top tier is gated on. Read top to bottom, the three levels form a closed loop. Surveil to smooth toward your value creatures, force one of them through, then flicker it for the entrance value again. The sorcery-speed leveling is the restriction that keeps this honest; you cannot flash up a level in response to a block or a removal spell, so the payoff always announces itself a turn early. That patience is the cost of stapling a persistent surveil engine, evasion enabler, and blink loop onto a single two-mana permanent that survives board wipes.
