Goblin Wizardry

Instant3 generic manaRed mana

Instant-speed token-making is the whole pitch, but the prowess is what points it somewhere specific. Making two bodies at the end of an opponent's turn is a familiar white-and-green trick; stapling prowess to those tokens reroutes them from a go-wide plan into a red spellslinger one. The Goblins want you to keep casting noncreature spells, and each cheap burn or cantrip that follows nudges both of them up a step until end of turn. The instant timing does work in two directions. It lets you commit blockers or attackers while dodging sorcery-speed removal, and it lets the prowess triggers chain off the same combat-trick sequencing a red tempo deck already runs. The restriction is the rate: four mana for two 1/1s is a weak floor when the spells never arrive, so the card only earns its slot in a shell built to keep casting after the tokens land. It sits in red's line of prowess-as-token-reward designs, where the payoff scales with how spell-dense the deck is rather than with the body you paid for. Flood the board, untap, and the burn you were holding reads as a pump spell too.
