Goblin Bookie

Creature — GoblinRed mana

Coin flips and die rolls are the loudest gag in the joke-set toolbox, and this is the card that quietly refuses to let variance be variance. The activated ability is a mulligan for chance itself: any coin that came up wrong, any die that landed badly, gets a second look for one red mana and a tap. That reframes every flip-a-coin card at the table into something closer to a coin flip with insurance, because a result you dislike is only your result until you have the mana to argue with it. The wording is deliberately generous ("Reflip any coin or reroll any die," activate any time it makes sense) so it reaches across the whole silver-bordered subgenre of randomness cards rather than caring about who owns the flip or whose spell triggered it. The design tension is that it does nothing until the game hands you a coin or die to manipulate: it is a support piece for a mechanic, not a threat, and its 1/1 body is honest about that. The structural idea underneath the gag is the part worth keeping, that randomness in this game is a resource you can spend mana to reshape rather than an outcome you simply accept. It is the house edge given a Goblin body: the bookie always gets to look at the roll twice.
