Ghirapur Gearcrafter
Three mana for two bodies and three power split across them, with one of those bodies in the air: that arithmetic is the entire pitch. Spread power is the structural payoff. The 2/1 and the 1/1 flying Thopter together feed any deck that counts permanents rather than individual stats, which makes this less a beater than a fuel source. Sacrifice outlets get two morsels off one card; artifact-matters payoffs see a token they didn't have to pay extra for; go-wide effects that pump the whole team turn two unimpressive numbers into a real clock. The Thopter being colorless and an artifact creature is the detail that does the work, feeding improvise, metalcraft, and any engine that keys off the artifact card type regardless of color. On its own it is a fragile pair of small creatures, easily outclassed by anything built to trade efficiently in combat. As a single card that resolves into multiple expendable, recurrable, sacrificable units, it is exactly the kind of body-doubler that aristocrats and token strategies have always wanted at a clean rate.
