Tribal payload and tribal tutor stapled onto one body, but the tutor half is the more honest design. Most creature-type fetch effects drop the card into your hand; this one shuffles and places the chosen Vampire on top, meaning you find it but you pay full price in tempo to draw it next turn. That delay is the cost of card selection without card advantage: you trade a draw step for guaranteed access, which keeps a three-mana enabler from also being a free card. The anthem half rewards a board that floods the battlefield with Vampires, pumping a single attacker every time another joins the team. It is a targeted, until-end-of-turn buff rather than a static lord effect, so it favors a deck that goes wide quickly and converts those bodies into combat damage in a single decisive turn rather than grinding incremental stats. The two halves point in slightly different directions: the tutor wants to set up a key piece, while the trigger wants raw quantity of cheap Vampires hitting play. Built for a synergy-driven tribal aggro shell where the creature type is the whole gameplan, it is a glue card more than a centerpiece, supplying both the find and the finish for a deck that already knows what it wants to be doing.
