Falkenrath Celebrants
Two Blood tokens with a menace beater stapled on, and the tokens are the point. Blood is red-black's rummaging currency: a sacrificeable artifact that swaps a stranded card for a live one, and depositing a pair at once with a swingable creature attached is a rarer package than the modest card math suggests. Each Blood is card-neutral in isolation, so the payoff isn't raw advantage; it's what the artifacts count toward once they hit the battlefield. They arm artifact-sacrifice triggers, stock a graveyard for whatever wants to mine it, and pad the artifact density that grindy Vampire and aristocrat shells care about. The 4/4 does honest damage, with menace to push through a single blocker, but the design's center of gravity sits after the creature resolves and frequently after it has traded away: two disposable filtering engines left behind to keep a slow deck's draws honest while feeding the sacrifice and graveyard machinery around them.
