Faerie Harbinger
Flash is the wrinkle that separates this Harbinger from the rest of the cycle. Every member shares a template: an entering body that hunts up a card of its tribe and stacks it as your next draw. The blue one runs that search at instant speed, so you can trigger it during the opponent's end step and untap with the next pick already queued, no mana wasted holding up an instant that never comes. The tribal restriction is the cost: it only digs for Faeries, which leaves it inert outside a deck built to spend those tutors. But the search reads "Faerie card," not "Faerie creature," so it reaches past bodies to the tribe's noncreature spells, the Bitterblossoms and Faerie Trickerys that the deck actually wins with. Placement is doing quiet work a hand-tutor would not. You draw the card next turn, which dodges discard aimed at your hand and feeds anything that cares about the top of your library or about drawing a Faerie specifically. The 2/2 flyer is incidental, a small evasive blocker rather than a clock of its own. The real function is consistency: a flash-speed engine piece that makes a fragile tribal plan repeatable by guaranteeing the next threat, or the next enchantment, is always one draw step away.
