Eyes Everywhere
A passive scry engine that trims your draws every upkeep, until you turn the enchantment itself into currency. The activated ability is the whole play: pay a stiff sum at sorcery speed and swap control of this enchantment for any nonland permanent, and while the text does not restrict the target to an opponent's board, the point is almost always to hand off your harmless scry trinket in exchange for their best creature, planeswalker, or artifact. This sits in the enchantment-side lineage of Donate and Puca's Mischief, where the entire trick is dressing up a lopsided trade as a swap. What keeps it honest is the price and the timing window: three mana to deploy, six more to fire, and only at sorcery speed, so the full arc stretches across a spell and a much later activation, by which point both sides have committed threats worth taking. The clever part is that the upkeep scry follows the enchantment when it changes hands, so the thing you give away carries real, if modest, value to whoever ends up with it; the fiction of a fair trade is written into the mechanics rather than left to the flavor text. It reads as a minor blue rare and plays as a slow-motion Control Magic, one that asks you to build the swap into your gameplan rather than hold it back as a reactive answer.
