Reanimation has always carried a tension: the best targets live in a graveyard, which means setting them up costs you the time and cards to bury something worth raising first. This sorcery loosens that constraint by collapsing self-mill and reanimation into one motion, then widening the target pool to every yard at the table. The two-card mill on each player does double duty: it fills your own graveyard with potential fuel while seeding opponents' yards with bodies you can claim, so a board with no obvious target before the spell can produce one after. That makes it a reanimation spell that builds its own targets, which is rarer than the rate suggests. The "from a graveyard" wording is the whole strategic axis: you choose any creature in any graveyard, so a bomb that hit an opponent's bin (whether they pitched it earlier or your own mill knocked it loose) becomes your finisher on the same turn. Surgical reanimation like Animate Dead and Reanimate can also pull from any graveyard, but they demand the target already be there and offer nothing to build one; this trades a measure of efficiency for the ability to manufacture its own selection, harvesting from across the table rather than waiting on setup. The randomness lives in what the mill turns up, not in what you bring back; once the cards have fallen, the choice stays in your hands.
