A white cantrip body that reads as pure card advantage until you notice the toll attached. Three-mana creatures that replace themselves almost always pay for the draw somewhere: a smaller frame, an enters-tapped clause, a floor on the body. Here the cost is conditional. Control a legendary creature and this enters clean, a 3/2 that draws and adds to the board. Control none and the draw inverts into a loot: you see the fresh card, then bottom one from hand, netting selection rather than a card. The gating is the entire design. Decks fielding a unique body (a commander, a marquee legend, a critical mass of legendary creatures) collect a full card; generic white aggro still gets a filtering effect that costs it a small tempo tax instead of a whole card. That split keeps the creature from being either free value or dead weight. The wrinkle is timing: the check resolves with the enter trigger, so any legendary creature present at that instant satisfies it, even one you sacrifice a turn later.
