Entish Restoration

Instant2 generic manaGreen mana

The trade is the whole design: sacrifice a land already in play to fetch back more, at instant speed. That sacrificed land is doing quiet double duty here, converting a redundant tapped source or a nonbasic you have already wrung value from into fresh basics, and it prices the effect's ceiling honestly so the ramp never comes free of a real cost. The baseline nets a single land while replacing the one you gave up; the upshot, gated behind a creature with power 4 or greater, pushes it to a three-basic dump that leaves you well ahead on mana. What separates it from the sorcery-speed ramp it otherwise resembles is the timing window. Resolve it on an opponent's end step and the tapped basics untap before your own turn, so you ramp without surrendering tempo and hold the option open until you have seen whether a bigger play is worth committing to. The condition rewards decks already building toward a large body rather than asking you to bend around it, since green fields power-4 creatures as a matter of course. The land sacrifice keeps the net gain in check: one basic ahead in the ordinary case, two when the board condition is met, never a windfall without something paid up front.
