Earth Kingdom Jailer
The mana-value gate reorients the whole design of this Banisher Priest descendant. Where earlier white bodies exiled anything until they left, this one only reaches artifacts, creatures, and enchantments costing three or more, which quietly narrows its job: it does nothing to the aggressive one- and two-drops that pressure a defensive white deck, and everything to the fatties, expensive engines, and costly enchantments that white historically struggled to answer at three mana. The exile is conditional in the way this lineage always was: kill the 3/3 and the exiled permanent walks back onto the battlefield, so the effect is a lease rather than a sale. That tempo swing is the point. Resolve it and you strip the opponent's best expensive threat while adding a body to the board, buying the two- or three-turn window a white deck needs to convert a stall into a lethal race. The vulnerability is real and deliberate: this is removal that trades with a Lightning Bolt, so it rewards a board where the opponent cannot profitably kill it back and reclaim what you took. The floor is a 3/3 that whiffs against a low-curve deck; the ceiling is a two-for-one that answers something no other three-drop white creature can touch.
