The condition is what separates this from the run of generic recursion two-drops: it only pays out when a board has already developed, three creatures deep, which means the Weaver is designed to reward a deck that is winning the width battle rather than one clawing back from behind. That inverts the usual instinct for regrowth effects, which tend to fire hardest in topdeck mode when you have nothing on the table. Here the payoff scales with commitment: build the board first, then get a permanent back to redeploy it. And the return is broad, any permanent card, so the graveyard it dips into can hold a fallen creature, a burned mana rock, a swept-away enchantment, or a cracked planeswalker. The green half of the color pie rarely gets to launder its own graveyard this efficiently, and pinning the effect to a go-wide precondition keeps the recursion honest without a life cost or an exile clause doing the balancing work. The 2/1 body is a druid in name that never taps for anything; the type line is flavor, not function, and the creature is really a value trigger wearing a fragile frame. The design tension is straightforward and elegant: the turn you most want the Weaver's regrowth, you may not yet have three creatures out, so the card asks a go-wide deck to sequence toward the threshold rather than jam it on curve.
