Looting-on-attack has quietly become one of the sturdier engines in blue-black, and this is a clean expression of it: a flying body that turns every combat into card selection while feeding the very yard it wants full. The two triggers work as a pair, not a redundancy. The enters trigger stocks the graveyard immediately, smoothing your draws and pitching whatever you would rather have as a resource than a card in hand; the attacks trigger keeps the loop running as long as the bird stays in the air. That repetition is deliberate, because the threshold clause turns a fragile 2/2 into a 3/3 flier with deathtouch once seven cards pile up, and the loot triggers are actively pushing you toward that count. Deathtouch on an evasive body is the real payoff: it makes blocking or attacking into it a losing proposition, so the flip changes the card's job from durdling value piece to genuine board control. The tension is that it wants a graveyard full of cards you were happy to discard, so it prefers a bin you actually use rather than one you merely fill. Threshold is a static state, not a resource you accumulate: it switches on and off with your graveyard count, so a well-timed self-mill or a fetched card can flip the buff at instant speed, and a graveyard-hate spell can flip it right back off.
