Dispeller's Capsule

ArtifactWhite mana

The white member of a one-mana artifact cycle that splits a Disenchant across two moments in time. Pay a single white to deploy it early, then pay three more and tap it when a target finally appears: artifact-or-enchantment destruction, deferred and prepaid. The structure trades immediacy for two things a straight removal spell cannot offer. First, it splits the cost across turns, so the early white slots into a curve without holding up mana, and the back half waits until there is something worth aiming at. Second, being a permanent rather than a spell means it survives discard and sidesteps the dead-card problem of a Disenchant held in hand with nothing to hit; you can commit it to the board before the threat it answers exists. The catch is that it telegraphs. An opponent watching a Disenchant-on-a-stick sit untapped knows exactly what it does, can play around the window, or can simply decline to commit the enchantment. It is also slower in raw mana than a clean Disenchant, the price of buying flexible timing and resilience. This is the answer-design lineage that asks "when" rather than "whether," paying for delayed gratification with a permanent that cannot be stripped from your hand and a cost you have already begun to amortize before the question is even asked.
