The recursion clause keys off a verb rather than an event: not casting a spell, not a generic trigger, but the act of surveilling specifically. Surveil was built as a graveyard-and-card-selection mechanic sprinkled across cheap spells, so this enchantment converts every incidental surveil into a re-trigger of its enter ability. Replay it and you redraw a card and strip another from each opponent, then it bounces itself the moment your next surveil resolves, ready to run the same play again. The result is a hand-disruption engine that recycles its own piece for the cost of the bounce plus the recast: a slow, grinding inevitability against any opponent leaning on held answers. The gating is where the discipline lives. It only recurs when you surveil, so the engine runs no faster than your supply of surveil triggers, and each cycle still costs a full recast. Those two brakes are why it never collapses into a free repeatable Mind Rot; you have to stuff the deck with cheap surveil enablers for it to hum, and the enchantment repays that commitment by turning card filtering into card advantage and opponent attrition at once. It belongs to a particular school of value engine: the disruption piece that punishes long games not by doing one enormous thing, but by doing a small unfair thing on a metronome.
