An Aura that doubles as an aristocrats engine, which is what raises it above a small stat bump. The +1/+1 is the sweetener; the real text is the second line, which converts your spare bodies into a regeneration shield at instant speed for free. There is no mana cost on the activation, only a creature, so the enchanted creature becomes nearly impossible to kill with damage or destruction effects as long as you have fodder to feed it. That turns the Aura from a liability (the usual two-for-one risk of investing a card into one creature) into a recurring sacrifice outlet, and a sacrifice outlet that asks for nothing but creatures is exactly the piece a death-trigger or graveyard deck wants. It happily eats tokens, dying creatures you wanted to recur, or anything carrying a sacrifice payoff, all while protecting your key threat. The limitation comes from regeneration itself: it does nothing against exile, sacrifice effects aimed at the enchanted creature, or bounce, so it shores up one axis of removal rather than all of them. The card is an early example of an outlet stapled to an Aura rather than a creature, so it scans as a quiet utility enchantment and plays as a free, repeatable sacrifice engine.
