Cynette, Jelly Drover
A keyword anthem that ships with the start of its own air force. Most flying anthems (Favorable Winds and its kin) assume you have already committed to the sky; the buff is a payoff you build toward. This one arrives already handing you a 1/1 flyer, so the +1/+1 to your creatures with flying has something to buff the instant she lands. The two-for-one shape is where the design gets clever: the enter trigger seeds a body, and the dies trigger replaces it, so trading her away or losing her to a wipe still leaves a Jellyfish behind. That death token does not inherit the anthem (the +1/+1 is a static ability that only functions while she is on the battlefield, and she is gone by the time the token resolves), so the last Jellyfish is a plain 1/1 unless another anthem is holding the air up. Which points to how the buff should be built: not around the legend herself, who can only hold the battlefield one at a time, but around redundancy in the +1/+1. Stack a second flying anthem and each of her flyers reads as a 3/3, and the death token, kept a 2/2 by the surviving anthem, stops being a consolation prize. She hits play small and stays small on her own; the payoff sits in the tokens, with the anthem clause doing the arithmetic once the sky fills up.
