Crown of Suspicion
This Aura solves a problem black aggro had during the era when creature types became a deckbuilding currency: how to turn a board of same-typed attackers into a single, decisive swing without spending a card on a dedicated Overrun. As a static enchantment it is a cheap pump that trades toughness for power, useful on a creature you want hitting harder and unremarkable beyond that. The sacrifice clause is the real design. Cracking it applies +2/-1 to the enchanted creature and every creature on the battlefield that shares a type with it, friend and foe alike. That symmetry is the whole calculation: in a board where your typal density outnumbers theirs, the toughness reduction kills off their smaller same-typed blockers and clears the way, while your wider team gains the power to push through. It is a finisher when you are the one with the swarm and a liability when the opponent has the bigger pile of matching creatures, so the host's type and the table's composition decide everything. Against an off-type board it still pumps the enchanted creature, but the effect never touches creatures that share no type with it. A pump spell, an alpha-strike enabler, and a typal hoser folded into two mana, built for a context where every creature wore its type on its sleeve and rewarded you for reading the room before you cracked it.
