Creeping Renaissance

Mass recursion that picks its target after the graveyard fills, which is the whole point: rather than committing to creatures or lands or artifacts at cast time, you survey the yard and pull back the type that lost you the game. Single-type Regrowth effects have always been narrow; the modal choice here turns one card into a flexible rebuild button that punishes whichever sweep or attrition the opponent leaned on. Lands wiped by a Strip Mine chain, every creature swept by a board wipe, the artifact engine someone Naturalized: choose one and reload your hand. The flashback clause is the structural twist. A recursion spell that itself comes back doubles the value of any single graveyard, letting you stage two distinct refills across a long game (creatures the first time, lands the second, or the reverse), and it asks for green mana both times rather than diversifying the cost. Green rarely gets to claw permanents out of the yard in bulk, so this fills a gap the color leaves open, trading raw efficiency for breadth: five mana to undo whatever happened, then seven more to do it again from exile's doorstep. The cost is the brake. At five and then seven, this is never a tempo play; it is the grindy back half of a game, the card you cast when both players have spent their resources and the question is who refuels first.
