Chitinous Cloak
The combination it offers is unusually direct for an Equipment: a flat stat bump paired with an evasion keyword, both moving with the piece from creature to creature. Most equipment of this size buys you stats or a keyword, not both, and the two halves reinforce each other in the way that matters for an aggressive board. The +2/+2 makes the equipped creature a credible attacker; menace makes that attacker hard to gum up, since a single blocker can never trap it and double-blocking costs the defender two bodies to stop one. That trade math is the whole point: against a wide stall, menace turns a modest beater into a reliable source of damage, and the equip-and-move flexibility lets you reattach it after the carrier dies rather than starting over. The price is the friction of two separate three-mana payments, the cast and the equip, which keeps it honest as a curve-topper rather than a turn-three power play. It is the kind of build-around-nothing equipment that asks only for a creature worth carrying it, the sort of plain, functional aggressive tool that fills out the unglamorous middle of a deck built to attack.
