Child of Alara

Legendary Creature — AvatarWhite manaBlue manaBlack manaRed manaGreen mana

A 6/6 trample body that turns its own death into the most violent symmetrical reset the game offers: when it dies, every nonland permanent is destroyed, regeneration explicitly switched off so nothing crawls back. The entire design hangs on who controls the timing of that death. Paired with a sacrifice outlet, the trigger becomes a board wipe on a clock you set: feed it to the outlet and the field is gone while your lands and your reload stay intact. Left to die in combat, it is a threat your opponent gets to schedule around, baiting it into a block they can afford. That gap between the controlled death and the forced one is where all the skill lives. The trample is closer to insurance than ambition, but it does close games once the death trigger keeps blockers parked at home. The five-color cost is the real tax: this is a creature built to anchor a manabase that already produces all five pips, which means the reset comes bolted to exactly the kind of greedy, fragile mana that most wants a panic button. It rewards weaponizing your own creature's death rather than fearing it, and it punishes the reflex to treat removal as a clean answer; point a kill spell at it and you may have detonated the bomb yourself.
