A lord that only counts metal. The anthem template is ancient (Lord of Atlantis taught the game what a tribal pump effect looks like), but pointing it at the artifact-creature pool draws the boundary in an unusual place: the bonus ignores type lines and color and looks only at whether a permanent is both an artifact and a creature. The reward, then, goes to a deck assembled from servos, thopters, and construct fodder rather than to any single tribe, and the body itself is part of the count, so a second copy turns the pair into a 3/4 next to a 3/4. The "other" clause does what every lord's does, keeping the anthem from inflating its own stats, but the genuine constraint is the deck-building one: the effect scales with how many small artifact bodies you can flood the board with and pays nothing in a list that happens to run a few expensive artifacts. It is a sizing engine for going wide, narrow by design and indifferent to anything that is a creature or an artifact but not both.
