Haste-granting has a long red lineage, from Fervor stapling the keyword onto the team to Anger handing it out from the graveyard, but those hold the effect for as long as a permanent stays on the battlefield. This Goblin does it through Rally instead, which reframes the payoff as a pulse rather than a standing aura: haste fires when it enters, and again each time another Ally enters while it remains in play. Cast it and the team can swing the turn it deploys; play another Ally next turn and the freshly summoned bodies attack immediately too. The wrinkle is that both halves of the deal are conditional. The haste evaporates at end of turn, so the effect has to be re-triggered from a steady stream of Ally deployments rather than banked, and every future trigger depends on Chasm Guide surviving: kill it and the engine goes quiet, since its Rally is the source of the later pulses. That makes it a live target the moment it lands, not a fire-and-forget enabler. The 3/2 body is incidental; the value is in converting a wide, ground-bound Ally army into one that ignores summoning sickness on demand, turning a deck that would otherwise deploy and wait into one that closes faster than its curve suggests, for exactly as long as the opponent lets this Goblin keep drumming.
