Instant3 generic manaRed manaRed mana

Five mana buys no damage of its own: instead, every creature on the battlefield, yours and the opponent's alike, gains a tap-to-shoot ability keyed to its own power until end of turn. The tap cost is what gives the effect its shape. A creature must be untapped to fire, so the math runs cleanest on a board where your idle bodies outgun an opponent who has already committed elsewhere: if their creatures are tapped from attacking or from activating something, they cannot shoot back, while your untapped attackers (held home this turn) systematically execute whatever is left standing. The grant cuts both ways, though, since any untapped creature on the other side returns fire, which is why the card rewards lopsided untapped-power totals rather than a contested standoff with both sides bristling. It is closer to a removal enabler than a removal spell: a one-turn grant that asks you to do the arithmetic on who outguns whom before end of turn. The cost and the untapped requirement are what keep it from being a clean sweep; this is not a wrath, it is a brawl, and the title is doing real work. It sits at an odd intersection of one-on-one fight-spell resolution and board control, routing the combat math red has circled for decades through every creature at the table at once.
