Boggart Birth Rite

Kindred Sorcery — GoblinBlack mana

Recursion priced for the deck that wants it most. A single black mana buys back any Goblin from the graveyard, and the design logic is straightforward: in a tribe built on cheap, expendable bodies and sacrifice loops, the bottleneck is rarely the next goblin in your library but the one you already spent. Where this pulls ahead of a plain Raise Dead, which also costs a black mana but only returns creatures, is the target line: it grabs any Goblin card, which includes noncreature Goblin spells like Tarfire and Warren Weirding, broadening what counts as a refuel beyond bodies alone. The sorcery-speed restriction keeps it on the value axis rather than the interactive one: you cannot rebuy a creature in response to removal or set up an ambush, so it replenishes between turns instead of springing a trick. You still pay full freight to recast whatever you return, so the payoff comes from spreading a strong effect across multiple turns rather than from cheating on cost. It is narrow by construction (a black spell that does nothing outside its tribe), and that narrowness is the entire reason it costs one mana: it asks you to have committed to goblins long before it ever resolves.
