Boggart Arsonists

A Goblin built to punish white specifically, and built twice over: plainswalk makes it unblockable whenever the defender controls a Plains, and the sacrifice ability lets it cash itself in to destroy one of those Plains (or a Scarecrow, the artifact-creature subtype that ran through the same era's enemy-color block). What makes the engineering tight is that the evasion and the removal point at the same target type. Most evasion just buys an attacker a free swing; here, a Plains deck either eats damage it can't stop or watches a land vanish when the Goblin trades itself away. The keyword and the activated ability converge on a single weakness, so against a white manabase neither half is dead weight. And "Plains" reads broader than a basic: any land carrying the Plains subtype, dual lands and shocklands included, is fair game for the sacrifice. The Scarecrow clause is the giveaway that this was tuned for a particular environment's mirror of mechanisms rather than for general play; outside of decks fielding Scarecrows, that half of the ability rarely finds a legal target. As color-hosing this is narrow by intent: an asymmetric tool that's devastating against a Plains-heavy opponent and largely inert against everyone else, where the plainswalk simply goes to sleep with no Plains across the table and the sacrifice ability has nothing white left to hit.
