Bloodhill Bastion

Plane — Equilor

The triggered ability is the aggressive planar payload: every creature that hits the battlefield, yours or an opponent's, arrives ready to swing for twice its power the turn it lands. That symmetry is the tension the design leans into. A plane is shared, so this rewards whoever is already committing bodies to the board, and it turns any summoning-sick threat into an immediate clock. The chaos trigger is where the plane gets pointed: a flicker of your own nontoken creature, resetting summoning sickness so that returned body benefits from the double strike and haste it re-enters into, while also re-firing whatever enters-the-battlefield value that creature carries. Read together, the two halves describe a plane built to accelerate a game already in motion rather than to grind. Planechase designs of this stripe are less about durable engines and more about warping a single turn: haste plus double strike collapses the usual gap between deploying a threat and it mattering, and the chaos blink hands you a way to weaponize that window on demand. It asks nothing of your deck to function, which is the whole point of the format; the plane supplies the aggression, and the game supplies the creatures.
