Blind Seer
Color is the load-bearing assumption of every protection ability, every "destroy all blue creatures," every Circle of Protection, and this Wizard turns it into a wrench you can throw at instant speed. Recoloring a spell or permanent does nothing in isolation; the value comes from what other cards read color and react to. Make an opponent's attacker red and your Circle of Protection: Red catches it. Repaint a creature white so a white-only removal spell now bites. Turn a key spell blue and your counter-magic suddenly has a target it could not touch a moment ago. The activation is cheap and repeatable, scaling as a recurring tax on color-dependent answers and threats rather than a single trick spent and gone. What dates the design is that color-matters effects were far thicker on the ground when this first appeared than they are now; an era of five-color conflict and color-hosing gave a creature whose entire job is rewriting color for a turn genuine combat and stack-level utility. The body is incidental. The point is a control lever on the single most fundamental attribute Magic assigns to cards, sitting on a four-mana legend that asks you to already own the color-care payoffs before it bends anything in your favor.
