Blighted Agent
The math is what makes this one of the cleanest poison clocks ever stapled to two mana. Infect deals damage to players as poison counters, and a player loses at ten poison rather than twenty life, so a single point of damage is worth double against the alternate win condition. Unblockable folds the second variable out of the equation entirely: there is no chump-blocking, no trading, no racing math on the defender's side. A 1/1 that cannot be stopped is a deterministic two-turn-per-pump countdown, and the only question left is how many counters you can pile on before the ten arrives. That combination (evasion plus the doubled value of poison) is why this slots into combo-flavored aggro rather than fair board states; it is built to carry a stack of pump spells to lethal in a window the opponent has almost no interaction with on the combat side. The body is irrelevant. The keyword pairing is the entire pitch: take the most efficient evasion stamp in the game and attach it to the only damage type that wins from ten, and you have a creature whose job is to be the unanswerable delivery vector for a stack of buffs. Removal answers it, but blocking never will, and that asymmetry has anchored Phyrexian poison strategies wherever they have been viable.
