Beetleback Chief

Creature — Goblin Warrior2 generic manaRed manaRed mana

Three Goblin bodies for four mana, all arriving at once: that is the entire pitch, and it is enough. What sets this apart from the heap of token-makers in red is the density and the typing. Every body it makes is a Goblin, which means it feeds the tribe's payoff cards directly: Krenko's tap, Goblin Bombardment's sacrifice fodder, the anthem effects that turn a wide board into lethal. The 2/2 frame is incidental; the value lives in the two 1/1s it staples to the cast. That ratio (three creatures, one card) is the metric every Goblin engine is built to compound, and few enablers deliver it in a single trigger without a build-around. The friction is the rate itself: four mana for three small, fragile bodies is a poor exchange against any deck that trades efficiently, so this asks to be played where going wide is the plan rather than a bonus. It does the structural work that older Goblin token producers like Siege-Gang Commander gestured at, but without the mana sink or the reach, trading flexibility for a cleaner, cheaper burst of population. In a vacuum it is a body and two friends; inside a tribe that rewards sheer count, it is one of the most efficient ways to triple your footprint in a single card.
