Fuse cards live or die on whether their two halves want the same deck, and this is the rare split that closes the loop on itself. Beck plants a one-turn watcher: until end of turn, every creature that enters may draw you a card. Call manufactures four bodies in a single cast. Fused for the full , the second half pays off the first: four Birds entering means four triggers, four cards, a token swarm and a refilled hand from one spell. Most split-card design treats the two halves as independent picks for different game states, a cheap early play or a late-game payoff. This one is built so the expensive half fuels the cheap half's effect, which is why the fuse cost reads as the real card and the
side reads as the discount you take when you cannot afford both. The reward sits behind a steep color requirement: green, blue, and white in one casting, the price of bolting a draw trigger to the token generator that turns it on. Beck's clause is also broader than it looks, since it counts any creature that enters, not only yours and not only tokens, which makes it scale with whatever the rest of the turn produces. The clever part of the design is that the answer to "what creatures will fire Beck" is printed on the same card, in the same cast.
