Bant Charm

The three-color charm cycle tuned each card's modes to the colors paying for them, and here the spread is the point: artifact destruction sits in white-green's wheelhouse, the counter clause leans on blue, and the tuck effect splits the difference between them. That middle mode is the one worth lingering on. Putting a creature on the bottom of its owner's library is one of the cleanest removal answers in the game: it sidesteps regeneration, indestructibility, death triggers, and graveyard recursion all at once, stranding the engines that expect a creature to die into the yard. Functionally it is exile with an asterisk; the creature is gone and stays gone unless the opponent finds a shuffle, which makes this a clean one-for-one rather than the temporary tempo of a top-of-library bounce. The counter clause is deliberately narrow, hitting only instant spells rather than noncreature spells in general, so it is a reactive lever with a ceiling rather than a catch-all. What holds the design together is that all three modes are answers, never threats: the card asks the caster to read both the board and the stack and pick the one that matters, and a Bant manabase is the admission price for that range. The discipline is in the asymmetry of the modes themselves, each color contributing exactly the kind of answer it has always been allowed to have.
