Pay one and a blue, and target player reveals their library's next card: no draw, no scry, no rummage, just information, and you can point it at yourself or an opponent at instant speed. That ability belongs to an era preoccupied with the graveyard and the next draw as resources, when flashback, threshold, and library-digging made foresight worth more than it usually is. Aimed at an opponent it tells you what they're about to draw; aimed inward it sets up your own sequencing decisions when the order of your draws actually matters. The ceiling is obvious, though: revealing changes nothing about what actually gets drawn, so the cost buys pure foresight rather than selection, and that gap kept the card a curiosity rather than an engine. What does the real work is the body, not the activation. A 3/3 flyer for five mana was a serviceable evasive creature in its time, and the reveal ability is something to spend leftover mana on once the board has stalled. The flavor closes the loop cleanly: a windreader stationed high above the field, watching what's coming, is precisely what the ability models, even if foresight without control over the outcome was never going to anchor a strategy.
