Atarka Pummeler
Formidable asks the board to already be winning before it pays out, and this is the rare member of that family that turns the threshold into a finisher rather than a value engine. The condition counts total power across your creatures, not creature count or a single big body, so the 4/5 frame does double duty: it carries most of the way toward the eight-power requirement on its own, then sells the alpha strike it enables. Menace on the whole team is the right reward for a board that has crossed that line, because a defender behind on the count is suddenly forced to chump-block with two bodies per attacker or take everything. The cost is steep and deliberate (, and only once you are formidable), which keeps it from rescuing a stalled board; it rewards a red deck that has already flooded the ground with bodies. That makes it a closer for a go-wide strategy: the button you hold until the turn the math tips, then press to make every blocker inadequate. It is not a card that breaks open a stalemate from behind; it is the payoff you deploy when you are ahead on power and want to guarantee the defender cannot trade their way back into the game.
