Arjun, the Shifting Flame

Legendary Creature — Sphinx Wizard4 generic manaBlue manaRed mana

A wheel that fires on every cast, not on a single command. Each time you send a spell to resolve, the rest of your hand drops to the bottom of your library and returns as an equal number of fresh cards. That recursive loop is the whole engine, and it cuts both ways with a precision the effect rarely demands. The count is conserved, never created: you draw exactly as many as you bottomed. Hold five and cast a cantrip, and four go under for four new ones. Hold one expensive bomb and cast something cheap first, and the bomb goes to the bottom; there is no protecting a card through this trigger, only choosing which spell leaves your hand while the rest are still in it. And because it replaces one-for-one on whatever remains, an empty hand at resolution bottoms zero and draws zero: it rescues no one who has already dumped everything, and only churns for a player who has not. The flying 5/5 body is almost beside the point. What the design really grants is permission to run a spell-heavy deck at maximum throughput, cycling toward gas for as long as you keep casting. The genuine skill is sequencing around the cards you cannot afford to lose, an unusual ask for something that reads at a glance like it just says draw more.
