Arc-Slogger
Ten cards off the top of your library is the steepest repeatable cost ever attached to a creature's pinger ability, and that price is the entire pitch. The damage itself is modest: two to any target for one red mana, the kind of rate red gives away on cheaper cards every day. What you are actually paying is your future. Each activation strips a full quarter of a forty-card library, or close to it in larger decks, so the question Arc-Slogger asks is not "can I kill this creature" but "how many more turns do I expect this game to last." In a deck that intends to win before its library matters, that exile cost is free; in one that grinds, it is a fuse burning toward an empty draw step. The 4/5 body is the load-bearing half of the design, because it survives nearly every burn spell and combat exchange in its color's weight class, which means it sticks around long enough to fire repeatedly. The card is a closer disguised as a value engine: it asks you to mortgage card advantage for reach, and rewards a builder who has already decided that reach is the only resource that counts by the time it comes online.
