A repeatable pump effect tucked onto a one-mana body, and the constraint that defines it is the word "attacking." This Cleric cannot grow a blocker or repair combat math on a defensive turn: the buff exists only when you are the aggressor, so the ability rewards a board already pointed at the opponent's life total rather than a stalled ground. The window is narrow but recurring, and it demands a body that is either untapped or has attacked without tapping (a vigilance grant, or simply tapping to pump a different attacker than the one carrying the ability). Chain it with untap effects or hand the buff out across multiple combat steps and a wide attack becomes incremental reach, the slow-burn advantage a go-wide shell leans on once the opponent runs out of profitable blocks. What sells it is that the body asks nothing of you mana-wise after it resolves: a one-drop that quietly adds a point of pressure to every attack, never needing to be recast or refueled. Because the +1/+1 lasts only until end of turn, none of that pressure carries over; the ability is a fresh combat question each turn, not a threat that swells across the game. It is low-rarity glue for small-creature aggro, valuable precisely because keeping it online is free, and it keeps posing the same choice every combat step: trade with the temporarily enlarged attacker, or take the extra damage.
