The trigger is the whole machine here: not "when you put a counter," but "whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on a permanent you control." That phrasing makes the engine indifferent to how the counter arrived, which is what turns a one-mana artifact into a token factory in any deck that proliferates, modular-recurs, or simply stacks counters faster than a single combat trick ever could. Each Servo costs an extra mana, so the throttle is your spare mana rather than a per-turn cap; in a build that floods the board with counter events, the card asks you to keep paying and keeps paying you back. The quieter half is the one that closes loops: for three and a tap it adds one more counter of an existing kind to any permanent or player, a targeted proliferate that feeds its own trigger, nudges a loyalty count, advances a poison clock, or thickens a Saga toward its payoff one chapter at a time. Pair the two abilities and the module both generates counter events and manufactures them at will, a self-priming pump that synergy-counter decks have leaned on precisely because nothing about it is loud. It is a support piece, not a finisher, and it reads as one until the third or fourth Servo lands in a single turn and the trigger stack starts paying for itself.
