Alpha Myr
One of the plainest things the Myr ever printed, this is a body and nothing else. The colorless cost is the whole pitch. An artifact-matters shell can run this as a two-power attacker that fits any color identity and turns on every "you control an artifact" trigger, "artifacts you control" anthem, and sacrifice outlet without asking for a single point of colored mana. That neutrality is what it trades for power level; a 2/1 with no ability is not paying for anything, so it can afford to be universally castable. The single toughness is the catch: it dies to almost any incidental ping or sweeper, so the body is something you cash in early in combat rather than a creature you expect to hold a board. Read it as a tribal filler beater rather than a value piece, a curve-filler whose only job is being a Myr that can attack for two and feed the engines around it.
