Acolyte Hybrid
The wrinkle here is who draws the card. Most attack-triggered artifact removal hands the value entirely to the attacker; this one destroys the artifact and then lets the artifact's controller draw. That symmetry is the whole reason the effect can be stapled to a repeatable trigger on a 2/2 body for this price: you get to pick off a Signet, a mana rock, a Sol Ring, or a nastier artifact every combat, but you pay for it in card advantage handed to the opponent whose artifact you cracked. It turns a flexible removal engine into a genuine negotiation. Blow up their ramp and you accelerate their draws; leave the artifact alone and you keep the door shut. The "up to one" clause is what makes that livable, since it lets you decline the trigger entirely in the many turns when there is nothing worth the trade or nothing you want to feed. As a piece of red design it sits in the small pocket of aggressive artifact hate that comes with a built-in tax on its own owner, closer in spirit to the give-them-a-card school of removal than to a clean Abrade. The Tyranid Human typing and the flavor-named Heavy Rock Cutter ability are dressing on a mechanic that is really about deciding, every attack, whether the artifact in front of you is worth the card you are about to gift back.
