Cast it into an empty board and the enters trigger nets you a single life; cast it as the capstone on a token swarm and it can vault you into double digits off one resolution. That ordering is the entire calculation, and it places the card squarely in the go-wide white tradition of payoffs that convert a full battlefield into a life cushion rather than help you claw back from behind. Five mana for a 3/3 flier is a below-rate body, so the trigger has to justify the slot, and the trigger only pays when the creatures are already there. This is the aristocrats-and-tokens school of design: reward being ahead, count what you've already built. The Arena-only rebalance (signaled by the version letter) means the numbers here reflect a digital adjustment tuned apart from the paper card, so read the stats as the online variant rather than the tabletop printing. Set that quirk aside and the design is plain: a flier stapled to a lifegain payoff whose ceiling rises and falls with the size of the board that preceded it.
