A-Shipwreck Sifters
The load-bearing clause is "from anywhere." The +1/+1 counter does not care how a Spirit or disturb card reached the graveyard: death, discard, mill, it all counts. That single word turns the enters-the-battlefield loot into self-fuel, since pitching a Spirit to smooth your draw also grows the body that same turn. Disturb cards pay double, because sending one to the yard both adds a counter and leaves a spell you can still cast back later. This is a tribal payoff built to reward a graveyard the deck was already going to fill rather than asking you to hold resources in reserve for it, and the loot keeps your draws clean whether or not the counters ever accumulate into a real clock. The Arena-rebalanced version carries the "A-" prefix that marks a card retuned for the digital-only environment; in this case the adjustment worked in the card's favor, folding an extra effect onto the front end so the two-mana Spirit does something the instant it lands instead of waiting on triggers to matter. A body this small was never the threat: it is the compounding math around it, a value engine that quietly snowballs while you play an otherwise normal game of attrition.
